Russian rock songs are amazing <3

So yeah, if you guys haven't noticed, I haven't really been posting photographs pertaining to my dog, or rabbit, or anything of the sort. I've been back at college for the last 2 months, and I'm not going home until around November 23rd. Until then, the only photographs I can take are of things around the campus and in the town, and photographs of Lexi, or any of the other cats that live in the wing. Yes, Sage does live on campus with me, but he's a pain to photograph, and more often than not, the lighting in the room doesn't help.

Hopefully when I come back from Thanksgiving break, I'll have some pictures of Boe and the other dogs that I can edit and upload.

Anyways, has anyone ever heard of FooPets? For some reason, despite all the flaws of it (Have to pay actual money to get the really good stuff, everyone in the forums are seemingly noobs, quite a few abandoned FooPets that have to be fostered, etc.), I find it quite fun actually. Basically, you take care of a virtual dog or cat that you get for free when you join. Any pets after that much be purchased with FooDollars, or, provided that you wait a long time and build it up, FooGems (But only on Fridays). Currently, I have a German Shepherd named Alice (Who was my first one <3), a Rottweiler named Cinder, a Pit Bull named Neva, an Australian Shepherd named Ricochet, and a Chocolate Lab mix named Jazz. I'll also be getting a Shiba Inu shortly, but I'm not sure what to name her when I get her. I also have quite a few that I've taken in as well; overall, I take care of roughly 35-40 FooPets, including my own. Yes, it's a little time-consuming, but like I've said before, I'm addicted to the site. Go me 8D

IN OTHER NEWS...

Has anyone heard of Tale of Tales? They're an indie game company that are quite unique in how they see "games"; the "games" that they make are very thought provoking, and are very well made/handled. The two games they have that stand out the most to me are The Path, and Endless Forest.

Endless Forest is basically an RPG-esque thing where you live as a deer in a forest; what's unique about it is that, while you do interact with other deer, provided that you have an internet connection, you don't have a chat box to use; instead, you speak through your deer, using gestures like pawing the ground, or rearing up on your hind legs to get your point across. It's a very interesting experience, and it's a great stress reliever as well. I highly recommend you at least give it a try. The community of people that play the game are all very kind people that are quite interesting to talk to (Just keep in mind that the deer they play might not be the friendliest; just because the human behind them is a sweetheart, doesn't mean the deer has to be. It IS an RPG-esque game, after all).

The Path is possibly one of the most thought-provoking games I've played in a long time. Based loosely on Little Red Riding Hood, you play as one of 5 different sisters, each named after a certain shade of red. You're told to visit your sick grandmother in the middle of the woods; you're also told to "Stay on the path." Of course, if you do that, you end up getting a pretty bland ending, and you actually fail the game. The only way to succeed is to leave the path, and explore the forest, and meet up with each girl's "Wolf." While I won't give anything away, Robin and Ginger are my favorites in this game; Robin has the best Wolf, and Ginger has the best music/environment.

What makes this game standout so much is that there's truly no wrong theory/answer as far as the events in the game, and their meanings, are concerned. Like I said before, I won't spoil anything; the only way to truly understand what I'm saying is to experience the game yourself. It's classified as a "horror" game, but it's not the kind of horror game where something is gonna jump out and scare you; The Path uses the music, and the environment itself to give you the feeling that something is going to happen; If you take the time to experience this gem, you'll understand what I mean. Hopefully.

I have yet to play The Graveyard, and their recent release, Fatale, but from what I've read on their forums, they too are an experience in themselves. After I get some money, I plan on purchasing both; and frankly, I'm looking forward to it.
